CCICM Wins Prestigious National Award

CCICM Credit Management Ltd is delighted to announce that it has won a prestigious national award for training and quality of staff.

Commited to Quality and Training

The Credit Services Association (CSA), which represents over 90% of UK credit management companies, presented this award to CCICM. Winning the award is a reflection of CCICM’s commitment to quality and training  The CAI tests set a benchmark for the industry by annually assessing each collector’s knowledge of compliance, industry rules, regulatory guidance and the associated legal framework.  In this instance all of CCICM registered collectors achieved the highest overall average pass mark in the UK.

Highest Standards

FCA Authorisation

In addition to winning the CAI Award, CCICM was granted full FCA authorisation in June 2016.  Last year the company was awarded Investors in People Gold and attained ISO 27001.
