CCICM Ltd. achieves Investors in People Gold Award

Debt collection agency CCICM is delighted to announce that it’s been awarded the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Gold Award in recognition of the support and development of its employees.
The Gold Award is granted to companies that recognise and reward people’s contributions and continue to embrace best practice in the way they manage their workforce. CCICM is one of only 26 companies in North Wales and one of just two in Gwynedd to have attained it.
A company is objectively assessed on individual areas of best practice to determine what sort of employer it is and how it operates. The basic IiP standard requires 39 areas of best practice conformity and the Gold requires 165. CCICM achieved 184.
Rebecca Davies, HR Manager at CCICM, said “Our people are our greatest asset. Obtaining the Gold IiP standard is not just a great achievement it is a reflection of the contribution made by every individual within the business.”
The assessment was based on a series of in-depth interviews with a cross-section of people from all areas of the business. The company was particularly praised for its team of highly skilled, extremely motivated and well trained people and for developing a business culture which is capable of providing high quality jobs long into the future.
