Commitment to Quality

CCICM announced that it has today been awarded the prestigious UKAS ISO 27001 Certificate.

Rebecca Davies, Office Manager at CCICM states: “This is the very highest data security standard in the world and is a clear demonstration of the commitment which CCICM has to ensuring our clients data is absolutely secure. We are a global company with clients all over the world. The security of their data is as important to us as it is to them.”

Kevin Delamere, Information Security Officer at CCICM added “ISO 27001 is the most difficult standard to attain. It clearly shows that not only are we committed to the highest standards but also that we actually deliver those standards and are able to evidence that we do so.”

Operations Director, Paul Hackman states: “It is important to bear in mind that ISO27001 is only part of an integrated management system designed to ensure that every level of the business delivers to the same uniformly high standard. In fact we have similarly high accreditations which apply only to patient confidentiality which nevertheless impact across the whole business. However ISO27001 demonstrates we are clearly committed to delivering quality in every part of the business.”
