CCICM Shortlisted for Prestigious Award

CCICM is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the 2016 Credit Services Association (CSA) Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) Award.

The CAI is designed to assess collectors’ knowledge and scope of understanding of industry rules, best practice and compliance. It includes both individual awareness of relevant regulatory guidance and the legislative framework that surrounds it.

80% Pass Mark

The Award is granted to the company which has achieved the overall highest average pass mark across all its registered collectors.  Each collector must obtain a score of 80% or higher to pass.

Compliance Training Programme

The CSA is the only trade association in the UK representing the debt collection and debt purchase industry, and was founded in 1902. It has over 400 member companies, representing over 90% of the industry.
