Knowledge and Understanding of ComplianceThe CSA developed the Collector Accreditation Initiative as an assessment to benchmark the knowledge and understanding of compliance among front line staff in the collections and debt purchase sector. The CAI exam is designed to assess the competency of an organisation’s staff, ensuring that individuals working in collections are knowledgeable about the latest regulations and industry best practice. Staff also achieve individual accreditations as well as companywide accreditation.
