In CCICM’s experience, it is vital that we are both empathetic and sensitive when dealing with the bereaved. CCI Probate Recovery (CCIPR) has created a compassionate collections environment to ensure minimal additional stress when it comes to settling financial affairs.

CCI have formed a bespoke team of probate advisors. They are specifically trained to understand the 5 stages of grief and the importance of compassion in resolving third-party estate claims. CCIPR has also partnered with specialist counselling services and charities that provide guidance on all matters relating to bereavement and personal financial management.

Our Mission

• To identify who is managing the estate on behalf of the deceased, and, who has been appointed as the Executor/Administrator with regard to the decedent’s outstanding liabilities
• Address questions raised by the representing parties and signposting them to the bereavement agencies for free support and advice.
• Managing their accounts effectively with sensitivity ensuring their experience with CCICM is as painless and stress-free as possible.
• To help to successfully resolve estate balances owed to our client, ensuring they have registered our client’s claim to settle the estate’s debts.
