Successful transition and re-certification to ISO9001:2015 standard

Full certification to the requirements of the new quality management standard puts CCICM in a strong position to further cement our reputation.
This revised version of the globally-recognised standard marks an evolution of its predecessor ISO 9001:2008, for which CCICM first gained certification in 2009.
To meet ISO 9001:2015’s stringent requirements, companies have to demonstrate a thorough understanding of quality and how it impacts all areas of their business. While maintaining the same rigorous focus as ISO 9001:2008, the revised version also requires successful companies to show evidence of risk-based thinking, along with continuous improvement in their organisation and quality management system.
Commenting on the latest achievement, CCICM’s Office, HR and Quality Manager, Rebecca Davies says: “Our business is committed to the quality of all the services we provide for our clients. Taking the re-certification to the latest version of the standard is vital to ensure our sector expertise and continuous development. All potential, new and existing clients can be assured that CCICM are fully compliant with the latest quality standards.”
Tania Murray, UK Head of Client Propositions, at BSI said: “By achieving certification to ISO 9001, CCICM has demonstrated and embedded a process based approach in to its organization. This will help them to continually monitor and manage quality across all operations to ensure consistent performance and service. The team should be delighted with this achievement.”
