CCI Credit Management
High-Value Disputes
Clark Norman, who manages the In-House Overseas team, says: “It’s brilliant to work for a local company with the vision to see beyond our own borders. We are trusted by clients from all over the world to expertly handle their complex and high-value commercial disputes.
“My team work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment which can be very challenging and no two days are ever the same. It probably helps that we have an award-winning training programme, which gives us the confidence to know we are experts in our field when we are resolving complex, multi-million-dollar, commercial disputes.”
Ambitious Objective
CCICM’s International Outsource team manager, Olga Zadoroznaja, says: “My staff manage our partnership of international agents. As we now have over 90 agent offices, employing about 3,000 people, in over 130 countries this is quite an undertaking. We work across multiple time-zones, jurisdictions, and languages.
“That is challenging enough, but six years ago we required all of our agents to deliver their services consistent with UK levels of regulatory compliance. An ambitious objective, but we succeeded. It has obviously paid dividends, as we now have a unique and award-winning service of which I too am very proud. Our next challenge is the business impacts of Brexit – but don’t get me started on that!” adds Olga.
Positive Attitude
Recently CCICM won two other coveted awards related to managing its staff, performance, and business.
We were awarded top-level ‘Leading’ status by Chwarae Teg – the foremost equality charity in Wales – for diversity best practice in 10 areas of operation, making it the only company holder in Gwynedd! Meanwhile, Investors In People assessors gave us an Advanced (Gold) re-accreditation until 2021, one of only 17% in the UK!
Mr Hackman adds: “We really strive to ensure this is a great place to work and succeed for anyone with a positive attitude, entrepreneurial aptitude, and willingness to learn. Current vacancies exist in our sales, legal, IT, and collections departments.”
We have also recently introduced:
- An in-depth skills development strategy including an in-house Training Academy.
- An innovative approach to recognition and reward where ‘Gamification’ awards points to individuals/teams for high performance; and
- A set of Values, Vision, Mission, and Core Objectives, that unite the company.
